Bryan Barber is a licensed Home Inspector in the State of North Carolina (NCHI # 3616) and a Professional Member of Inspector Nation (IN Member # 352).  Our services are all performed in accordance with the Standards of Practice of Inspector Nation and the North Carolina Home Inspection Licensure Board (NCHILB).

In addition, our home inspection reports are standardized and written to be in compliance of both.

Secondary Inspection Services

As your New Bern Home Inspector, ENC-Drones Home Inspections offers a variety of Home Inspection Related Services, including Mold & Indoor Air Testing as well as Water Sampling & Testing. Bryan Barber is a Certified Mold Inspection Specialist from Inspector Nation, performing related sampling and reporting in accordance with the Inspector Nation Standards of Practice for Mold Inspection & Testing.

As a FAA Certified Remote sUAS Pilot and a Licensed Home Inspector, Bryan is uniquely qualified to provide a wide range of Real-Estate Photography Services. Bryan can easily gain access to listed homes, and can create stunning aerial images of homes using drone photography.
